Our vision is
to make Tampines Central our best home. By a best home, we mean
that the physical surrounding is well managed and maintained and
there are constant improvements to the estate through physical upgrading
and the provision of new facilities and amenities.
More importantly, a best home must also include
a strong community spirit that is characterised by strong bonds
and ties among the people and be a place where no distinction is
