Tampines Courtview RC was formed on 1st March 1997, with
a humble beginning of seven members, with meetings held at borrowed
premises at Blk 702 (then Tampines Central CC).
10th October 1999, our RC was relocated to a renovated Civil
Defence Bomb Shelter at Blk 730. It was officially opened by
MP Sin Boon Ann , MP for Tampines GRC and Adviser to Tampines
Central GROs.
Over the years, our membership grew, with an influx of new members.
At present, we have fourteen dedicated members.
We place great emphasis on putting in continuous effort in providing
better facilities, programmes/courses, and activities for our
RC residents of all races, religions and age groups.
A Senior Citizen's Corner is one of our facilities that
was set up and currently has quite a large membership base.
Courtview RC works closely with Tampines Town Council on Estate
Improvement.
In addition to the improvements made to our RC, we are also
dedicated in finding ways to improve the facilities in our RC
precinct. of 11 blocks.
As such, we are proud to state that many amenities, such as
the new Fitness Corner and Jogging Track, have been added to
our precinct over a short span of 8 years.
